Can I combine multiple licenses?
Yes, you can combine multiple IncoCloud licenses.
Can I install one license in multiple IncoCloud accounts?
No, one license can be installed in a single IncoCloud account only.
What are cloud credits?
IncoCloud licenses give you cloud credits. Each synchronized database uses 1 cloud credit. External services like the Web Store Connector or Web Access use cloud credits too.
If I receive access to an IncoCloud group, are my cloud credits going to be used?
No. If you receive access to an IncoCloud group no credits will be used. If you restore a database from that group, one credit will be used from the owner of that IncoCloud group. The owner of the IncoCloud group is visible in the Licensing section in this group.
Do the prices in my price list include tax?
Prices do not include VAT or other taxes. Clients from EU who provide a valid VAT ID number will not have VAT added. For more information about the final price of your purchase please check your shopping cart.
